It's Christmas week! I can't believe how fast it has come up this year! Last year at this time I was in the midst of coaching several corporate boot camps. That had to have been one of the most fun, rewarding jobs I have ever had that I really have missed since our move! One of my favorite parts was getting creative and making themed workouts for special events and holidays.
One of my favorite workouts to plan, coach, and do myself was the "12 Days of Christmas" workout. I have been known to even celebrate Christmas in July with this one - it's such a great workout and fun too! I recommend you turn on some up-beat Christmas music, put on some Christmas socks, grab some family or friends and celebrate the 12 Days of Christmas with this fun and challenging circuit workout. Don't worry, you can modify or swap exercises for your needs.

I hope you have as much fun as I do with this workout! This one is especially great because you can do it anywhere, making it perfect for holiday travel. If you don't have weights for the bicep curls you can use cans or water bottles, and you can use a chair or a bench for the tricep dips.
