Wowza! Time flies when you're pregnant AND have a toddler! I feel like this pregnancy is just cruising right along! I've got my 16 week update here for y'all today - and a new picture! We've had a great time with our family relaxing at the beach for spring break this week!
How many weeks - 16 1/2 weeks
Fruit - Baby is the size of an avocado! I think that calls for some extra guac this week!
Gender - We still don't know and I'm dying to find out! Next time I post an update it will be with gender news! I don't have a strong feeling one way or the other, I change my mind daily. The Coach thinks it's another girl!
I'm feeling...- Excited and a little nervous. I can't wait to meet this new little love - but with Little M being more challenging (aka whiny/clingy/needy) lately, I worry about how I'm going to manage both! I know that it will work out one day at a time, but there are days where I wonder, HOW?!
Cravings - I've really reeled in my eating habits in the past month and feel MUCH better for it! That being said, I've still eaten my fair share of icecream! I often crave spicy or salty things, but I always have a sweet tooth so I'm game for that yummy stuff too! I can't say I have crazy strong cravings for any one thing in particular.
Fitness - Still going strong! I run 1-2 x a week, teach and participate in my Moms in Motion class 3x a week and try to get at least 1 good yoga session in. I've been really wanting to do more yoga and have been wishing I lived closer to somewhere that offers prenatal yoga. YouTube just isn't the same, especially with a 1 year old climbing on my head!
Sleep - I've been sleeping much better! Thankfully, Little M has been sleeping through the night more often which gives me much better sleep as well!
Mood - My patience is SIGNIFICANTLY declined. Ugh. And I feel terrible about it. I just don't have the stamina some days to deal with a whiny toddler! In general, I've been pretty happy and upbeat and going strong, but I've definitely had some struggle days lately! Thank goodness for uplifting oils to diffuse and get me through the day! #jesusandoils
Clothes - I've got a bump - that's Fo Sho! My bottoms all fit but are feeling pretty snug. I've busted out my maternity tops and wear them sometimes, but can still wear my other stuff most of the time.
Stretch Marks - Not yet! Yay for belly butter and healthy skin. I hope I can keep it that way!
Belly Button - Inny!
Best Part - I love at night when the Coach talks to my belly, and when Little M kisses it! I don't spend nearly as much time thinking about being pregnant as I did with #1 thanks to being a little preoccupied with a toddler, so it's great to slow down and give this little peanut some love too!
Worst Part - this past month has been pretty good! Aside from a little nausea and still being fatigued some days, I'm feeling good!
