Oh hello August/birth month/final countdown...it's good to see you! We've made it to August y'all! I have to say, surviving the South Texas summer while pregnant has gone better than I expected. Now, ask me that in 3 weeks and I might have a different answer for you. I can't believe how fast this has been going by! I know, I think I say that every month, but we've been staying busy with Moms in Motion class, summer toddler fun (see popsicles, baby pools and beach time) and business stuff! I've been loving putting together a pregnancy kit and class for all of my fellow preggo mamas!

Somehow the weeks keep ticking along and here we are, the month we're going to meet this little bundle! It's hard to believe that in 4 weeks or less she will be here, and if she's anything like her big sis, it will be really soon!

How many weeks - 36  weeks

Size - They say the size of a papaya - are papayas really 18 inches long and 5 lbs? I have NEVER seen one like that! I also had to check the funny Pinterest list I found and it says she's the size of a Chihuahua...kind of horrifying!

Gender - It's a girl!

I'm feeling - The TIRED has been hitting hard over the past week. I've also been fighting a little cold bug which hasn't helped that factor out! In terms of "feeling" - I'm still feeling this little wiggler almost constantly. She likes to move and groove that's for sure! I'm also feeling pretty frequent Braxton Hicks contractions, especially in the evenings.

Cravings - No real cravings, just wish I could fit more food in my belly at one time! I get full after about 3 bites!

Fitness - I've been staying consistent, but slowing it down. I still teach my class twice a week, but have been modifying more and more, and doing more coaching than doing some days. We try to get out for a walk once a day and Miss Mak likes to "race" me in the evenings down the block - she wins all the time now.

Sleep - Well, Miss Mak has been doing GREAT lately so that has been helping a lot, but considering I"ve slept through the night approximately ZERO times in the past 2 years, when I do get a stretch of about 6 hours I usually wake up and can't go back to sleep!

Mood - I'm getting EXCITED to meet this little one!!

Clothes - You'll usually find me in an Old Navy maternity tank top and my favorite pair of big ol' maternity jean shorts. So flattering I'm sure...not. There's not much in my closet that I'm loving these days, and I don't like feeling squeezed!

Stretch Marks - Nope!

Belly Button - So very very flat. You can do this belly button!

Best Part - We've been having lots of fun soaking up family-of-3 time before football season and baby time comes so that has been awesome. Beach trips, swimming and just plain living room fun has been great. I also just about died laughing when I brought Miss Mak to the Dr. with me last week and I told her that we were going to go check on the baby, and she said "Come out? Me? Watch?". No honey - you're not going to watch baby come out, sorry!! She keeps asking when she'll come out so she can hold her. Adorable.

Worst Part - Braxton Hicks tied with nerve pain! It stops in me in my tracks!! And hitting my belly on everything. It's definitely a certified catch-all these days, I think I stain stick the middle of my shirts most days, I'm kind of a mess.
