Meet Aubrey - a military wife living in Kailua, HI. She is ready to make some changes and get serious about a consistent workout program. She's got a beach out her back door, so she wants to have energy and be feeling beach-ready year round! She also has a pretty tough Marine husband...he actually inspired one of my most popular posts...the Marine Corp Core workout! He'll be standing by to cheer her on and support her throughout her program. Aubrey agreed to share her goals with all of you - to help keep her accountable!
Aubrey's 6 Week Goals . . .
I would like to take off at least one minute from my mile time and walk less than 400 meters.
Goal #2:
I would like to lose a total of 5 inches all around. I plan to gain muscle mass, tone up, and lose body fat.
Goal #3:
I would like to cut out at least 1 cup of coffee a day (on average I drink 3) and I would like to add at least 1 more serving of fruit and 1 more of vegetables a day.
Goal #4:
I would like to meal plan for every week with at least 2 meals being grain-free.
