Maybe it's one of those fitness nerd things but I LOVE putting training programs together. I do it anytime I have the chance for myself, whether it's a weekly workout plan, a program for my next race, or a plan to help keep me on track for the next month or so. I especially love creating them for other people when they let me! 
I've made some big career changes lately, and I'm so excited to be focusing solely on my fitness business! I've started teaching some local classes, have gotten back into personal training some clients, and most excitingly (is that a word?) I have launched my online fitness coaching business! I can now bring the home field advantage to you...wherever you are! While it's a little scary leaving a steady 9-5...I can't wait for this next chapter of my life!

One of my clients (who also happens to be my way cool little sista) has agreed to test-run my 6 week all- customized program and let all of your follow her along the way! 

Meet Aubrey - a military wife living in Kailua, HI. She is ready to make some changes and get serious about a consistent workout program. She's got a beach out her back door, so she wants to have energy and be feeling beach-ready year round! She also has a pretty tough Marine husband...he actually inspired one of my most popular posts...the Marine Corp Core workout! He'll be standing by to cheer her on and support her throughout her program. Aubrey agreed to share her goals with all of you - to help keep her accountable!

Aubrey's 6 Week Goals . . .

Goal #1: 
I would like to take off at least one minute from my mile time and walk less than 400 meters. 

Goal #2: 

I would like to lose a total of 5 inches all around. I plan to gain muscle mass, tone up, and lose body fat. 

Goal #3: 

I would like to cut out at least 1 cup of coffee a day (on average I drink 3) and I would like to add at least 1 more serving of fruit and 1 more of vegetables a day.

Goal #4:

 I would like to meal plan for every week with at least 2 meals being grain-free. 
Along with her first week of workouts and a yummy recipe, I sent Aubrey a quote of the week to get her motivated. I thought I would share it with all of you too! Awesome! Just finished my workout for the day and I feel great :) I'm so excited to start noticing some differences. I'm so proud of you for taking on your dreams and making them a reality!
