Well - it SNOWED this week. Twice. I know it can be hard to get motivated for swim suit weather when you're still bundling up in sweaters and scarves but guess what my friends?! It's coming! It REALLY REALLY IS! In fact - the official first day of summer is less than 12 weeks away! My countdown to summer is because of my baby timeline - and weight loss won't be a goal for me this summer, but I'm using the excitement of tank-tops and skirts to motivate me to keep moving! I also can't wait to get my redneck summer backyard set up again, hop on my floaty and soak in some summer sun! All while jamming to my favorite country tunes. Duh.

Ok - back to getting fit for summer. As a Girls Gone Sporty Ambassador, I have the opportunity to network with some of the best fitness bloggers around. The brains behind GGS is Laura 'Farman' Williams and she is an amazing mentor and fitness expert. She has designed a 12 week "Get Sporty for Summer" workout plan that kicks some MAJOR butt! I am so excited to be able to share this program with you all today. It's not often that you get access to this kind of programming FOR FREE so consider yourself super lucky! It's a great, fun program that addresses all of the key aspects of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. You've got it all here!
