I spent some time this past week looking back at 2018. As much as I love looking forward, it's also really great to look back and reflect on all the good the last year has brought. For me personally, it's been a pretty great year. I launched this new website, hosted the very first #StrollerStrongVirtualRun, started homeschooling my littles, launched a Mini Movers fitness class for toddlers, started growing another human...and had the chance to get to know TONS of amazing strong, inspiring mamas!
Some of you have had harder years than others. I get it. We can't always choose our season. But I want to give each and every one of you a great big virtual high 5 and hug because guess what?
YOU DID IT!
Whether you had lots of sleepless nights or a big loss, or more stress than you thought you could handle, you did it.
Maybe you had an awesome goal smashing year. Woohoo!
Either way, you made it to a new year. You, and your tribe of strong mamas did it. Together is always better, isn't it? And while the new year doesn't need to mean a new YOU - it's the perfect chance to shake off whatever isn't serving you and start fresh. That's my favorite part of this time of year.

In terms of fitness - my goal is to run a post-partum half marathon before the end of the year. Non-fitness? Publish a book!! Eeek!!
