Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Did you start your day with a sweat session? Here's what we did....
I try to count my blessings all the time, but Thanksgiving is such a great time to sit back and reflect on everything I am thankful for.
My family is my number one blessing. I am so thankful that most of us can be together today, and the others may be far in miles but are always close in spirit. A Skype session with my sister in Hawaii is always entertaining! Being at home for the holidays warms my heart!
I'm thankful for my husband who has made my life better than I ever could have imagined. Our adventures are always full of laughs, he deals with my crazy on the daily and is my all-time best friend.
I'm thankful for some amazing girl friends who I can run, talk, bake, laugh, shop and do just about anything with. Some are close by while others are across the country, but without each and every one of them my life would be much less interesting.
I'm thankful for a strong body and the gift of fitness. I have built so many lasting friendships through running and fitness and have a much better relationship with myself as a result as well.
I'm thankful for our sweet puppy Oakley who reminds me every day to jump out of bed with a smile and a stretch and that it's never a bad thing to cuddle up on the couch and just chill.
I'm thankful for football and the journey it has taken us on so far, and the adventures that are ahead of us.

I hope you have a chance today to sit back and reflect on this year and what you are most thankful for. Enjoy the time with your family and enjoy some Thanksgiving Day Football and of course apple pie!
I'll be taking a little break from blogging to relax and spend time with my family and friends back at home. See y'all next week!
