All of you college football fans know that this weekend kicks off Bowl Game Season 2013-2014! For Division 1 Football - this is the big time. Whether your team is playing in these early season games or has earned their way all the way to big National Championship, it is still a huge reward and something to be totally excited and proud of!
Our alma mater (Go Colorado State!) has made it back to a bowl game this year for the first time since my husband's senior year in 2008. They will be kicking off bowl season with the New Mexico Bowl in Albuquerque. While we can't go cheer them on in person this time, I'm super excited to cheer them on from home! As always, there will be a lot of great match-ups from Dec. 21st - Jan. 5th. I don't know about your house - but I know ours will be football filled for the next few weeks! GO RAMS!!!

While you're enjoying the holidays and football and of course lots of food - don't forget to get your sweat on too! I'm spending the next few weeks at home and with my in-laws and so I'm going to have to get a little more creative with my workouts. Hoping to get in some short runs, yoga and lots of body weight strength circuits. If you are in the bowl game spirit and want a football inspired workout - go check out my Game Day Stadium Workout or any of the circuit workouts on my "FREE WORKOUTS" page!
