I hate cleaning.
I'll organize and purge and move stuff and declutter all day long but actually CLEANING STUFF? Ugh.

Since we've moved into our new home and decided as a family that we want to keep our house as chemical free as possible, cleaning has actually gotten a little easier for me! Half the battle for me was dragging out all of the supplies - sprays, cloths, paper towels, wipes and then actually using them and putting them back away before a small little child takes them and makes some sort of trouble.
I'm one of those people who just won't do stuff I don't like to do, which means my kitchen gets mopped about once a month. I know. Gasp! Not cleaning at all isn't really an option...I suppose unless I want my house to be infested with germs, ants and other South Texas creepy crawlies, so I set out to make cleaning easier and less terrible. And besides - a clean house really does make a happy house. I feel so much better once everything is clean!
In comes my One-Size-Fits-All Cleaner.
Besides toilet bowl cleaner, this is seriously the only cleaning product have. I can pull it out, clean any surface, know that it's ACTUALLY clean and get on with my day of doing things I actually like to do. You know, like running, eating, or doing basically anything but cleaning.
It's so easy (obviously, or I wouldn't do it). I sound incredibly lazy in this post, don't I?
1. Take a spray bottle - preferably glass (but I'm not gonna tell if you use plastic. Glass bottles and kids don't really mix, so do what you gotta do!)
2. Fill it halfway with water.
3. Fill the other half with vinegar.
4. Then add 20 drops of your favorite germ-busting essential oils. I like to use lemon, melaleuca and an immunity blend. I also love adding wild orange for the best smell EVA!
I've done a lot of research and chosen what I believe are the safest and most effective oils for our family - read here for more info!
That's it! You've got your homemade, all natural, super amazing all purpose cleaning spray! I use this on my countertops, my kitchen table, to dust our furniture, to clean our bathrooms and even windows and mirrors! It seems to work best with a soft cotton cloth or paper towels.

While I only use 1 spray cleaner, I do have a few other tricks up my sleeve for easy ways to clean with essential oils. I"m going to share all about them in this online workshop! Click the photo below to RSVP!
Happy Cleaning!
